Tsing Tao[]

Backstory[]
As a lover of alcohol, Tsing Tao works as a deliverer of alcohol to restaurants and taverns. He always carries some around for himself, even while guarding the town as a peacekeeper. (4* Drunken Panda Tsing Tao)
He happened to buy an old book about Drunken Fighting from the market. Although he found the martial arts part difficult, he has already mastered the drinking part. (5* Drunken Fist Tsing Tao)
He first started Drunken Fighting for fun, but he eventually got the hang of it. He's now able to drink and fight without being drunk. (6* Drunken Master Tsing Tao)
Passive: Limber Moves[]
Reduce all damage recieved by %. Also, with each normal attack, Stun for 2 turns at a certain rate. (25%, 4*) (30%, 5*) (40%, 6*)
Skill 1: Liquor Burn[]
Attack 3 enemies with % Magic Attack. Stun and Burn one target or more at a certain rate for 2 turns with % Magic Attack. (100%, 35%, 4*) (120%, 40%, 5*) (140%, 50%, 6*)
Skill 2: One More Shot[]
Increase Counterattack Rate by % and become Immune to debuffs for 2 turns. (30%, 4*) (40%, 5*) (50%, 6*)
